The Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP) is a City of Oakland loan program, operating jointly with participating lenders, to assist low and moderate income first time homebuyers with the purchase of homes in the City of Oakland.
Oaktown Roots Affordable BMR Homes
This affordable housing project consists of 24 new construction single family homes in various sites throughout Oakland.
San Francisco Programs
The Dream Keeper Downpayment Assistance Loan Program provides Black first time home buyers with a down payment loan up to $500,000 to bid on a property on San Francisco's open market.
Alameda County Programs
AC Boost gives buyers a boost, providing loans that are intended to bring home-ownership within reach of households who would otherwise not be able to afford a home. AC Boost provides loans of up to $210,000.
